Salmon Ahumado con Crema de Queso (English: Smoked Salmon Tapas) is one of my favorite Spanish cold tapas in summer.

You can prepare it in less than five minutes which makes it the perfect in-between snack.

The combination of smoked salmon and cream cheese makes it a refreshing tapas.

You can combine it very well with a glass of tinto de verano or a plate of melon with serrano ham.

How to prepare Salmon Ahumado con Crema de Queso (Smoked Salmon Tapas)

You first need to cut a french baguette into small slices and toast it on both sides.

Then, spread the cheese over the bread and place the smoked salmon on top of the cheese.

If you want, you can squeeze some lemon over the top.
