Cominciate a pulire bene i vostri pomodori. Potete scegliere di sbucciare la pelle o semplicemente lasciarla, come preferite. Tagliare i pomodori in quarti e trasferirli in un frullatore. Frullare fino a quando si forma una salsa liquida, il che significa che i pomodori sono stati perfettamente ridotti in purea.  <\/p>\n\n<p>2. Prendete un setaccio o un colino e usatelo per setacciare i piccoli semi e altri residui dalla passata di pomodoro.  <\/p>\n\n<p>3. Tagliare il pane raffermo in piccoli pezzi. Immergerli nella ciotola della passata di pomodoro per una decina di minuti. Cos\u00ec facendo, il pane diventa morbido e quindi pi\u00f9 facile da frullare in seguito.<\/p>\n\n<p>4. Nell&#8217;attesa, sbucciare l&#8217;aglio e metterlo nel frullatore. Versare la passata di pomodoro e il pane ammollato. Seguire con il sale. Frullare a velocit\u00e0 moderata mentre si aggiunge lentamente l&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva, creando un&#8217;emulsione. Continuare a frullare fino ad ottenere un composto liscio e omogeneo.
