Pulse ingredients, but do not over mix.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"1\" id=\"mv_create_84_2\">Combine the egg, buttermilk, and ice water in a different bowl then slowly add the mixture to the flour bowl.\u00a0<\/li><li data-step-index=\"2\" id=\"mv_create_84_3\">Once thoroughly combined place the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.\u00a0<\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_84_4\">Prep, cut, and dice all your desired vegetables.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_84_5\">Put a large skillet over medium-low heat, and then add olive oil. Once the oil is hot add onions and ground beef. Cook until the meat is almost brown and the onions are translucent then add in the spices.\u00a0<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_84_6\">Add the other vegetables in, the minced garlic and tomato paste (If you are using quinoa instead of beef, add the quinoa in when you add in the other vegetables).\u00a0<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_84_7\">Remove the mixture from the stove and set it aside in a bowl.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_84_8\">Line your baking sheets with parchment paper and then preheat the oven to 350 F.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"8\" id=\"mv_create_84_9\">Once the dough is chilled, remove it from the refrigerator and separate it into 15-20 pieces.
