La surprise \u00e9tait un m\u00e9daillon en diamant cuit \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur pour que le Roi le trouve.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le roi Louis XV a peut-\u00eatre tellement aim\u00e9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e qu&rsquo;il a promu le g\u00e2teau des Trois Rois au sein de l&rsquo;aristocratie fran\u00e7aise et europ\u00e9enne. Ajoute toute la levure fra\u00eeche et remue correctement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tout soit dissous. Couvre le bol avec un couvercle. Place-le dans un endroit chaud et laisse la p\u00e2te fermenter pendant environ 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Dans un autre bol, combine tes ingr\u00e9dients humides : bat l\u00e9g\u00e8rement tes \u0153ufs et ajoute le reste du lait, puis le beurre fondu et l&rsquo;eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger. Incorpore les zestes de citron et d&rsquo;orange.  <\/p>\n\n<p>3. Prends un grand bol et combine le sucre, le sel et le reste de la farine. Ajoute la p\u00e2te de d\u00e9marrage ferment\u00e9e. Petit \u00e0 petit, ajoute le m\u00e9lange des ingr\u00e9dients humides. M\u00e9lange jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te devienne homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n<p>4. Trouve une surface lisse pour p\u00e9trir ta p\u00e2te. R\u00e9pands un peu de farine sur la surface, transf\u00e8re ta p\u00e2te et commence \u00e0 p\u00e9trir. Ajoute un peu de farine au fur et \u00e0 mesure. Tu sais que tu as termin\u00e9 lorsque ta p\u00e2te p\u00e9trie est brillante, lisse et \u00e9lastique. Une fois que tu as atteint cet objectif, fa\u00e7onne ta p\u00e2te en une grosse boule. Transf\u00e8re-le dans un bol l\u00e9g\u00e8rement graiss\u00e9, couvre-le avec un linge humide et laisse-le reposer dans un endroit chaud.<\/p>\n\n<p>5. Attends au moins deux heures ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ait lev\u00e9 deux fois sa taille initiale.
