Premi\u00e8rement, tu peux remplacer les ris de veau par des g\u00e9siers de n&rsquo;importe quel autre type, comme le poulet.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tu peux aussi modifier les assaisonnements, en utilisant d&rsquo;autres comme le paprika doux ou fum\u00e9, le curcuma, etc.<\/p>\n\n<p>En outre, tu peux ajouter un peu de romarin ou de persil frais, car ils se marient tr\u00e8s bien avec l&rsquo;ail dans la recette.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si tu veux, tu peux remplacer le vin blanc par du sherry, ou m\u00eame l&rsquo;\u00e9liminer compl\u00e8tement et utiliser de l&rsquo;eau ou du bouillon.
